Commencing 1st October 2024, a secure held prepayment will be required to conduct a Telehealth consultation. If payment details are not added via the secure HotDoc link within 90 minutes, your appointment will automatically cancel. Payment will finalise after your consultation. If you do not wish to pre-pay, a face to face appointment is required. From June 1st 2025, this will also apply to new patients of the practitioners we support.

Vineyard Medical Centre is a private billing clinic, that facilitates quality patient centered care through the practitioners we support.
Your independant doctors pride themselves in spending time with their patients listening to their needs and providing assistance and advice.
After hours care is provided by National Home Doctor Service. Please ring
9216 5600 to be connected directly to the Locum Service. Alternatively call directly on 13 74 25
Medical Assistance when the clinic is closed
For your convenience we are now sending appointment reminders, health reminders & health results via SMS with HotDoc.
Health reminders and results are sent securely to your phone. When you receive the SMS click the link, verify your identity and place your booking. Its as easy as that and ensures a quick & secure delivery of your health information.
BetterConsult is here
We're excited to announce that the doctors consulting from our practice now use BetterConsult to help you get the most out of your appointment.
BetterConsult is a "smart" pre-consultation questionnaire that asks the questions your doctor usually asks about the reason for your visit. It then prepares a summary for your doctor.

What does this mean for you?   
By knowing this information at the start of your appointment, your doctor can spend more of your time focussed on addressing your healthcare needs.
Filling out BetterConsult prior to your appointment also helps you think through what you would like to address with your doctor.
 How does it work?
You will receive an SMS from our practice the day before your appointment (or immediately if your appointment is within 24 hours of booking) with a link to your pre-consultation questionnaire.
