Please bring your Medicare card and any relevant information about your medications or medical history. If you have cold, flu or respiratory symptoms, please wear a mask when attending the clinic.
Important information
Private Billing Clinic
Vineyard Medical Centre is a private billing clinic. Fees apply to consultations and payment is required on the day of your appointment.
All new patients are required to complete a New Patient Registration Form before their first appointment.
Photo Identification
New patients must present photo identification at their first appointment so we can confirm their identity.
Schedule 4 & 8 Medications
Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 medications are not prescribed to new patients without an appropriate medical history being available to the treating GP.
Telephone Consultations
New patients are required to attend their first consultation in person. A Medicare rebate is not available for a telephone consultation for a new patient, and the full consultation fee will apply.

New WorkCover cases
GPs consulting at Vineyard Medical Centre do not accept new WorkCover cases.
