Mr Alvin Cham
General Surgeon
Mr Alvin Cham is a specialist breast, endocrine and laparoscopic surgeon with a focus on minimally invasive surgery. His areas of practice include breast cancer surgery, thyroid surgery, obesity surgery, laparoscopic intra-abdominal procedures and complex hernia surgery.
Mr Cham also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.

Mr James Huang
Urologist
Mr James Huang is a consultant urological surgeon with expertise in general urology, minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He completed subspecialty fellowship training in Urological Oncology at the Vancouver Prostate Centre in Canada and has particular expertise in minimally invasive treatment of urological cancers.
James is committed to individualised patient care and close communication with referring GPs.

Dr Latika Cilly
Obstetrician & Gynaecologist
Dr Latika Cilly is an obstetrician and gynaecologist with interests in high-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive (keyhole) surgery. She also has expertise in the management of abnormal cervical screening results, colposcopy, abnormal uterine bleeding and family planning.
Dr Cilly is a Fellow of RANZCOG and can consult in English, Hindi, Marathi and Tamil.

Ear, Nose & Throat Surgeon
Dr Zenia Chow is a dual fellowship-trained Otolaryngologist, Head and Neck Surgeon with specialist training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. She completed ENT training in Australia before undertaking further fellowship training in facial plastic, head and neck and reconstructive surgery in Australia and the United States.
Dr Chow treats a broad range of general ENT conditions in adults and children, with additional expertise in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Mr Craig Mills is an experienced orthopaedic surgeon with training in Australia, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom and the United States. His practice includes arthroscopic, reconstructive and replacement surgery for the shoulder, hip and knee.

Orthopaedic Surgeon
Mr Camdon Fary is an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in hip and knee surgery, including arthroscopy, sports surgery and joint replacement. He completed further subspecialty training in Lyon, Oxford and Melbourne.

Dr Chatwell Habana
Paediatrician
Dr Chatwell Habana is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Paediatrics and Child Health. He provides general paediatric care for children and adolescents from birth to 18 years, with particular interests in developmental disability and paediatric physical rehabilitation.
His training and experience span major paediatric hospitals in Ireland and Australia, including the Royal Children’s Hospital and the Victorian Paediatric Rehabilitation Service.

Mr Wei-Han Tay
Orthopaedic Surgeon - Foot & Ankle
Mr Wei-Han Tay is an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in foot and ankle conditions and general trauma. He takes an individualised, evidence-based approach to care and works closely with patients throughout treatment, recovery and rehabilitation.
His areas of expertise include bunions and forefoot deformities, flatfoot, ankle instability and arthritis, midfoot arthritis, Lisfranc injuries and complex foot and ankle fractures.

His areas of expertise include shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand conditions, sports injuries, orthopaedic trauma and selected knee conditions. Mr Andrew Gogos is a neurosurgeon and spine surgeon with expertise in brain tumour and cranial surgery. He completed a specialist brain tumour fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
His areas of interest include brain tumours, trigeminal neuralgia and Chiari malformation, as well as minimally invasive treatment of spinal conditions including sciatica, disc protrusions, spondylolisthesis and spinal tumours.

Dr Lipi Shukla
Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr Lipi Shukla is a Melbourne-trained Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. She completed her plastic surgery training across major Victorian tertiary hospitals, including The Alfred, St Vincent’s, Royal Melbourne and Royal Children’s hospitals.
Her particular interests include hand surgery and reconstructive microsurgery for the treatment of cancer and trauma. Lipi takes a compassionate, individualised approach to care and also holds public appointments at The Alfred and St Vincent’s Hospital.

Dr Ashish Kumar Panigrahi
Clinical Haematologist
Dr Ashish Kumar Panigrahi is a clinical haematologist with experience in both malignant and non-malignant blood disorders. He trained at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and has also worked at Bendigo Hospital.
His particular interests include multiple myeloma, myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN), myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). He is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care.

A/Prof Sina Babazadeh

A/Prof Sina Babazadeh is an orthopaedic surgeon specialising in wrist, knee and hip surgery. Following his surgical training, he undertook fellowship training in Barcelona and developed further expertise in wrist surgery.
His clinical and research interests include wrist conditions, knee arthritis and replacement surgery, and hip arthritis and replacement surgery. He has a strong research background, including a PhD focused on knee replacement surgery, and is committed to evidence-based approaches that support recovery and long-term function.
